What can you do to sweeten tea?

It seems like the best idea is to drink bitter tea, which reduces the amount of sugar in your diet, and by giving up the sweet taste, you have the opportunity to get used to it, and the addiction to sweets is very strong, and limiting your sugar intake will definitely have a positive effect on your health.

What kind of sugar is healthiest?

When we think of sugar, we often get the idea of fine white crystals, but unfortunately it's not a good source of nutrients. This very popular sugar we can find in almost every home is sucrose. It's a double sugar made up of glucose molecules and fructose molecules. The raw materials used to make it are sugar beets and sugar cane.

Sweets or sugar?

We can't put an equal sign between individual sweets. They differ in calorie content and how they affect the body. The vast majority of sweets are low in calories and have a sweeter taste than sucrose. Among sweets, we can include, for example, acesulfam k, aspartame or sucrine. Sweeteners that have been approved for human use are considered safe for health, provided they do not exceed their blood consumption standards. It is worth noting that sweeteners are not recommended for children and pregnant women.

It's natural sweets

In addition to using honey as a sugar substitute when sweetening tea, we must remember to add it to the sauce only as soon as it is slightly sweet. Heating honey at over 50 degrees C reduces most of its salts from the sweetener.[3] Additionally, it contains valuable anti-inflammatory compounds that inhibit the growth of microbes. In addition, honey can be used as an alternative to sugar in sweetened tea.
