W dzisiejszych czasach trudno znaleźć kogoś, kto nie korzysta z suplementów... Witaminy, preparaty mineralne dla zdrowych włosów, skóry i paznokci, składniki wspierające stawy, serce, wątrobę... Spożywamy je bez zastanowienia, często nie zwracając uwagi na skład, który oprócz pożądanych składników zawiera stabilizatory, konserwanty i poprawki smakowe... Czy są to niezbędne elementy, czy też zbędne wypełniacze, które zwiększają masę suplementu, tworząc fałszywe wrażenie większej wartości za mniejsze wydatki?

Of course, a certain amount of additives is necessary in order to enable the supplement to be consumed in an integral way, for example in capsules or tablets. It is generally impossible for the product to be composed exclusively of the active substance to which we are concerned. The manufacturer must somehow enable it to be used in a form which is convenient for us for example tablets. This involves the use of substances which, combined in a complete way, produce a product of a different shape, which is resistant to intrusion. However, it is not possible to make the product in question consist only of an active substance which is of interest to us.
Supplements Unnecessary supplements
In addition to the essential ingredients, supplements often contain a wide range of less-needed additives (e.g. sucrose, maltodextrin, carcinoglycerin) although this natural but potentially unfavorable substance should be avoided, as well as substances that increase the fat content of our products. Unlike the ones described above, the vast majority of these substances do not perform the functions necessary to ensure the integrity of the product.
