Put the water on to boil and lightly salt it.

Peel the potatoes and put them on to boil.

2.

Pound the pork chops gently with a mallet.

You can season the meat however you like, we will use a little salt, pepper, sweet paprika and Provencal herbs here.

Heat a pan, pour a little oil or use a very small amount of pork lard.

Fry the pork chops to your liking or use an electric grill to bake the pork chops.

If the potatoes are cooked, you can also lightly fry the potatoes in the pan you used to fry the pork chops or, if you prefer, mash the potatoes and season with a little salt and pepper.

Sprinkle chives or your favorite herbs over the finished potatoes.

3.

Peel the cucumber.

You can make the cucumber salad in two forms

1

Cut the cucumber into strips.

2

Grate the cucumber on a grater with large holes.

Drain the excess cucumber juice.

Mix the cucumber with the yogurt.

Season everything with salt and pepper.
