Preparation time: 25 Minutes

Before preparing, drink the tomato juice with a little Tabasco.

Boil the potatoes with a little salt. Cook the peas and carrots until al dente. If using frozen potatoes, simply heat them in a pan with a little water. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper, along with a little mustard. Season the meat with pepper and fry in a pan with a little oil for 3 minutes on each side, then add salt at the end.

Peel the orange and cut it into small pieces. Mix the yogurt with the orange and season with orange juice. |
