Recipe preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 140 °C fan or 160 °C top/bottom heat.

Put cream cheese, egg, vanilla and butter in a bowl and mix until creamy.

Now add baking powder, almonds, and erythritol to the mixture and mix well.

Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Form pancakes from the dough and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Serve the pancakes with the yoghurt.
