Recipe preparation steps

Drożdże rozpuszczamy w wodzie.Odmierzamy 250g mąki wsypujemy ją do miski wraz z solą i cukrem. Dodajemy oliwę. Mieszamy dodając wodę z drożdżami. Ciasto wyrabiamy okolo 5 minut. Pozostawiamy wyrobione ciasto pod ściereczką w ciepłym miejscu na okolo 30-40minut.Gdy ciasto wyrośnie, smarujemy blaszkę oliwą z oliwek i wyrabiamy kształt pizzerinek. Smarujemy sosem pomidorowym , dodajemy ulubionych składników i ser mozarella. Pizzerki posypałam solą, ziołami prowansalskimi i oregano. Piekłam ok. 10 minut- góra dół 250° Uwaga! Liczba porcji powstałych z przepisu: 2. Pozostałe porcje możesz użyć w kolejnych dniach, dzięki czemu nie musisz gotować codziennie .
