Preparation time: 25 Minutes
1.
Allow the broccoli to thaw. Then squeeze it gently to remove any excess water. Finely chop/chop the broccoli.
2.
Finely chop the onion/shallot.
3.
Put the ingredients eggs, broccoli, onion, nutmeg, paprika powder, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
4.
Heat some butter/olive oil in the pan and divide the dough into 2 portions. Serve with the yoghurt. |
