Pan with Asian sprouts, rice and pork tenderloin

Pan with Asian sprouts, rice and pork tenderloin
  • 1 x Cup ( 200 g )
  • 1 x Portion ( 1 g )
  • 150 x Gram ( 150 g )
  • 50 x Gram ( 50 g )
  • 100 x Gram ( 100 g )
  • 50 x Gram ( 50 g )
  • 1 x Piece ( 170 g )
  • 1 x Teaspoon ( 5 g )
  • 0.5 x Teaspoon ( 2.5 g )
  • 2 x Tablespoon ( 20 g )
  • 1 x Pinch ( 0.1 g )
  • 1 x Pinch ( 0.1 g )

Preparation time: 20 Minutes

Before preparing, drink the tomato juice with a little Tabasco.

Cook the rice in salted water until al dente.

Dry-toast the sesame seeds in a pan.

Add the patted-dry, finely chopped mushrooms to the pan, followed by the bamboo shoots and finely chopped onions with a little oil.


Cut the pork into strips or small pieces.

Place the soy sauce in a small bowl and marinate the meat.

Add this to the vegetables in the pan and stir-fry briefly until the meat is cooked.

Season the dish with Asian spices or with salt, pepper, and soy sauce.


Serve with rice.
