"Refreshing snacks" perfect for hot days

During summer, particularly when heat waves strike, our appetite may wane... The only thing we yearn for is instant refreshment... Of course, there are certain guidelines we must adhere to when the thermometer reads +30 degrees... We cannot forget to adequately hydrate our bodies, avoid consuming spicy dishes and salt... We should opt for light and easy-to-prepare snacks, as cooking on hot days is not the most pleasant activity.

Breakfast for the summer

Smoothie for breakfast is a great option on hot days. It's quick to make, it's very nutritious and light, and you can eat it pretty much anywhere. Ingredients: 1 banana glass of jam 1 orange ginger.

Lunch for the summer

Almost every country where the temperatures are high has its own recipe for soda soup, which is a very simple recipe. For example, in Spain they serve pepper gazpacho or white gazpaco- ajo blanco. In Russia and Ukraine we get casserole, in France we get vichyssoise from fried pores, and in Poland we get a Lithuanian soy sauce. Also in Bulgaria, they have their own cold sauce, a tarboter whose recipe is very simple.

Summer dessert

There's no ice cream-free summer, so it's worth taking a few minutes and making your own homemade ice cream. It's incredibly easy to make and much healthier than the ones you can buy in stores or in most ice cream parks.

Dinner for the summer

There's probably no simpler dish than caesarean salad. It's quick, low-calorie and great on hot days. Before preparing, remember to wash or fry the egg, which will reduce the risk of getting salmonellosis.
