Brain Development!

As is widely known, street workout is an exceptional sport that focuses on physical, intellectual, and spiritual development. Young people choose this sport to develop themselves in multiple aspects. The supporters of this sport discipline actively promote these ideas. However, equally important as physical training is memory training. Today, I would like to discuss the topic of brain training.

Muscles are no less important than the brain!

If you are working out, you should be working out not just your muscles, but also your brain, otherwise it will be a depressing sight. A person should develop both physical and mental strength. Everyone strives for the perfect figure, but what about memory? How to be happy, eloquent, and have a sense of humor? Everyone can find complex exercises that will help maintain mental fitness. Memory plays a key role in every type of activity. There are various types of memories that we all need to develop. Listening to music is not just a pleasure. Remembering song lyrics increases the acetylcholine level, which plays a key role in maintaining the proper functioning of the brain. Even small, simple actions like getting dressed in the dark allow us to develop our memory. If you are right-handed, combing your hair with your left hand stimulates different areas of the brain and creates new neural connections.

Attention: Center on work without diversion

Attention enables one to focus on the task at hand despite surrounding sounds. How can one elevate the level of attention? It's very simple - just make minor adjustments to the things we deal with daily. For instance, moving items around on the desk can aid in better concentration. We can also prevent mental decline by doing mental arithmetic or listening to the radio while jogging.

Advancement in speech

The development of speech enhances cognitive, memory, and linguistic abilities. Fluency in speech, accurate use of vocabulary, and understanding of grammar are indicators of successful mental development. Therefore, continuous practice is crucial to broaden vocabulary, which involves learning new words and repeating known ones (foreign language learning). Towards this end, you might consider starting to read business articles if you previously had an interest in the sports section.

Direction determination in the surroundings

To effectively maneuver in the surroundings, a person should be able to process and decode visual information signals. To enhance spatial orientation, you can also engage in a training regimen. Identify five objects in a specified room and attempt to accurately remember their positions. After the elapse of two hours, try to recall what those objects are and where they are located. This type of exercise not only improves memory but also teaches the brain to focus on the surroundings.

Sensible thinking and cognitive processes

Sensible thinking is something humans utilize daily... a typical computer game necessitates the creation of an elaborate strategy... in order to achieve a positive result, you must carry out specific actions that were designed by the game's inventors.

The brain training, also known as neurobics

Neurobics involves specific exercises that are performed and repeated to develop and improve certain human abilities. Neurobics assumes that the brain can be trained and developed, which leads to an improvement in certain abilities, especially memory. Just as physical training affects muscle development and overall physical fitness of the body, so neurobics affects the development and fitness of the brain. This training approach is also known as brain training. It can be supported by computer programs that also include games and exercises that increase the short-term memory capacity and improve the ability to perform calculations in memory. Here are some other suggestions: after waking up and getting dressed, wash with closed eyes, change the usual order, travel, solve logical puzzles by playing cards, on the computer, chess or solving crossword puzzles. All these exercises develop new associations in the brain and allow for a different perspective on the world.

Cerebral gymnastic exercises

Cerebral gymnastic exercises stimulate the growth of dendrites and the release of neurotrophins that regenerate neurons. What to do: - perform simple tasks with closed eyes; - communicate with strangers. If you're traveling, try to learn as much as possible about others. Be like a sponge. Learn a few words in a foreign language. - Change your daily routes to school or work; - develop an interest in something that previously didn't interest you. Read a book, for example, about cats; - invent jokes and stories. This activity will force your brain to work hard; - vary your relaxation mode. Changing the resting position from the couch to the floor may be enough.
