Move by Running!

Many people are concerned about not having a timekeeping device, a pulse meter, suitable footwear, or even a phone clip before they even begin running. However, running is not the result of devices that will make us move. Running is primarily a method of locomotion that is so popular today that it is no longer referred to as a sport, but as a lifestyle.
Running as a mode of existence
Lifestyle is the manner in which we express our allegiance to rules and norms. If our aim is to eat without sugar and alcohol, we can call our lifestyle healthy. If we want to organize our day in such a way that we always have time to run, we can call our lifestyle sporty. Running enthusiasts called this lifestyle "running". What does that mean? In essence, it is a daily routine in which everything revolves around running. Our concerns are not limited to work, family, etc., but also to form, weather, clothing, hydration, and competition. It is also associated with the specificity of running. Our habits (running with headphones, with someone or alone, on familiar paths, with a trusted app, with a bottle, etc.) become our addiction. We visit the same websites, fan pages, stores, and trust only certain brands.
It's that simple
This lifestyle sometimes transforms into an obsession that borders on madness. You can see this when we forget about picking up kids from school, fulfilling obligations etc. through running. It is also visible when we start caring about every inch of our wardrobe, and our conversations with people who aren't interested in sports quickly descend to the most comfortable topic for us. There is no need to go insane. Every passion can be controlled. It is worth focusing on simplicity, though. One does not need haute couture shoes to tackle the nearest hill, and ultimately - we do not need pulse meters, stopwatches, and other gadgets to impose an appropriate pace.
Heart Rate and Stops - a Contemporary Challenge
When we embark on our running journey, we often lament the absence of a stopwatch or a pulse watch. Can we not simply run? The first instance could be my personal scenario. Do we genuinely require a pulse watch to adequately prepare for a 5 or 10 km run? Why should the delight of running be disrupted by electronics? But honestly, for what purpose do we truly need them?
