The amalgamation of pineapple and dried plums seems to be a superb supplement to barley flakes. We invite you to try barley flakes in this rendition. The constituents present in pineapple exhibit anti-inflammatory characteristics, while dried plums exert a favorable influence on the digestive system.

Primary ingredients

– 6 tablespoons of either conventional or mountain oat flakes (60 g), – a cup of natural yogurt (200 g), – 3 slices of pineapple (90 g), – 5 dried plums (35 g), – 1 teaspoon of sunflower seeds (5 g), – 1 teaspoon of pumpkin seeds (5 g).

The method of preparation

Initially, we place oat flakes in a bowl and pour boiling water over them until they reach the level of the oats. Next, we cut pineapple slices and dried plums into smaller pieces. After approximately 5 minutes of waiting, once the oat flakes have softened, we place natural yogurt as well as fruits and seeds on the surface. The oatmeal is ready to be consumed!
