The dietary habits of young individuals are influenced by the eating patterns of their parents and those in their preschool and school environment with whom they interact. Preferences for healthy and unhealthy food choices that children develop in their early years can contribute to the onset of diet-related diseases later in life or establish the foundation for a healthy body.
Obesity among children is a cause
Obesity and obesity among children is unfortunately a problem that is apparent, but mostly neglected. For the sake of the child, it is important for the parent to be aware of the presence of the problem and to try to help him fight against abnormal nutritional habits and excess body weight. Importantly, untreated obesity will not magically disappear with the child's age, but it can deepen, and its effects should motivate the child to take action. For a parent, this often means fighting their own health problems, and trying to help them fight against the abnormal dietary habits, weaknesses and blood sugar.
