Mezomorphic
Mezomorphic silhouette is often described as athletic. This is of course primarily due to the anatomical structure of the relatively narrow hip ring in comparison to the ribcage, the average bone structure, well-developed muscle mass, which is very well represented, especially at a relatively low fat level. For the composition of the most characteristic features describing the silhouettes of mezomorphs, it should be mentioned first of all such elements as: a silhouetta resembling the shape of the letter V, the shape in which the rib cage is made, or the size in which it is made.
The diet for mesomorphism
Therefore, in order to maintain a good form for as long as possible, it is necessary that, in addition to covering the daily calorie requirements, the diet should not be as restrictive as it is in the case of endomorphic or ecto-morphic animals, for example. The daily intake of energy should be estimated on the basis of the lifestyle pursued, including, of course, additional physical activity. In order to remain in good shape for the longest possible period of time, it should be ensured that the diet consists of 40% carbohydrates, 30% protein and 30% fat as well.
Training for mesomorphism
There is no single, golden training system that fully exploits the potential of the characteristic shape-building of the mesomorphic body. Given the predisposition to practice a particular sporting discipline, the training program should be composed individually. Mesomorphics should emphasize the harmonious development of all body parts. The key will therefore be the selection of appropriate exercises, the number of sets, repetitions and weight to support the formation of the body shape.
