W garnku rozgrzać olej kokosowy, wrzucić pokrojoną papryczkę chili (pozbyć się pestek), pastę curry, starty imbir i drobno pokrojoną dymkę. Podsmażać ok 2 minuty. Dorzucić paprykę pokrojoną na kawałki i chwilę razem przesmażyć. Do garnka dodać mleko kokosowe dwie szklanki wody, oczyszczonego i pokrojonego w kostkę kurczaka. Wymieszać. Dodać sos sojowy i rybny, sok z limonki i cukier. Gotować ok. 20-25 minut, mieszając co jakiś czas. Zupę podawać na ciepło z makaronem ryżowym, posypaną kolendrą lub świeżym szczypiorkiem.
