Salmon with spinach, lemon dill, and potatoes

Recipe preparation steps
Finely chop the onions.
Cook the spinach with a little water and the onions, then season with freshly grated nutmeg, pepper, and salt.
Cook the potatoes, cut them in half, and sprinkle the cut half with caraway seeds.
Bake the potatoes in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Drizzle the salmon with lemon juice, add dill, season with salt, and fry in hot oil for 3 minutes on each side.
