Salmon Nuggets

Salmon Fillet
Whole Chicken Eggs (M)
Coconut Flakes
Parmesan Cheese, Grated
Coconut Oil
Red Bell Pepper
<i>Crème Fraîche</i>
Tomato Concentrate 30%
Light Soy Sauce
Erythritol
Cayenne Pepper
White Salt
Black Pepper
Horseradish
Recipe preparation steps
Portion the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Put the egg in a bowl, add some salt and pepper and whisk with a fork.
Put the coconut flakes in a bowl and mix with the Parmesan.
First dip the pollock pieces in egg, then add them to the coconut mixture and bread them. Heat some coconut oil in the pan and fry the breaded pollock pieces in the pan until golden brown.
Wash, deseed, and cut the peppers into strips.
Briefly fry the peppers in the pan.
Put the crème fraîche, tomato paste, creamed horseradish, soy sauce, erythritol and cayenne pepper in a bowl and mix.
Serve the Nuggets with Peppers and the Dip.
