Recipe preparation steps

Buraki myjemy, osuszamy i zawijamy w folię aluminiową (błyszczącą stroną do wnętrza). Pieczemy przez 1h w temperaturze 180C. Gdy się upieką obieramy je ze skóry (najlepiej w rękawiczkach, żeby nie pobrudzić rąk) i kroimy w kostkę. W garnku rozgrzewamy masło i szklimy drobno pokrojoną cebulę i czosnek. Dodajemy pokrojone jabłko, buraki i liść laurowy. Dodajemy sok z cytryny. Zalewamy bulionem (na wysokość składników w garnku) i gotujemy 10 minut pod przykryciem. Wyciągamy listek i blendujemy na gładką masę. Jeśli zupa będzie zbyt gęsta dolewamy bulionu. Doprawiamy solą i pieprzem. Uwaga! Liczba porcji powstałych z przepisu: 4.
