Chicken with Pasta and Mozzarella
Ingredients - 8
Chicken Breast Fillet 2
Whole Grain Pasta
Cherry Tomatoes
Mozzarella Cheese
Olive Oil
Black Pepper
White Salt
Recipe preparation steps
Pour water into the pot, when it starts to boil, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
In the meantime, dice the meat.
Heat a frying pan, add a little oil, and fry until golden brown.
Season the meat with salt and pepper.
(If you don't like tomatoes, leave out the tomato part below or use mushrooms instead)
Cut the tomatoes in half or in quarters.
Add them to the pan with the meat and fry briefly together.
Cut the mozzarella into small pieces. Once the pasta is cooked, transfer it to the pan with the meat, add the mozzarella and mix everything well.
Sprinkle everything with chives.
