It's a lack of thyroid
Thyroid insufficiency can be primary or secondary.. secondary is when it is caused by a deficiency of hormones such as TRH or TSH.. TRH, or thyreoliberin produced in the subcutaneous tissue stimulates the secretion of TSH, or tyrotropin, by the pancreas. Thyrootropin binds to receptors in the cells of the thyroid tissue and promotes the production of thyroxine hormones (T4 and T3). However, more often than not, TSH deficiency, or the primary cause of thyroid function in general.
Symptoms of thyroid insufficiency
The list of symptoms is very long, resulting from a wide range of activities regulated by thyroid hormones. Low temperature resistance declines, the rate of metabolism decreases, which is most commonly associated with weight gain.
Treatment of thyroid insufficiency
Insufficiency is treated by chronic thyroid hormone replacement. Most commonly, levothyroxine (Euthyrox, Eltroxin) is used for this purpose. It is taken fasting for 3060 minutes before breakfast. Treatment is usually necessary for the rest of your life. In areas where iodine deficiency is not observed, it is not used to treat thyroid insufficiency.
A diet in the hypothalamus
In general, the diet of people suffering from malnutrition should be in line with the dietary guidelines, but if the symptoms of deficiency disappear, the effect should be expected to last at least a month, sometimes longer, so that no immediate weight loss is expected (in fact, the body weight should start to decrease due to a return to the normal rate of metabolism). However, if these people have to wait at least one month, they should take care to maintain an adequate intake of iodine, so they should not expect to lose weight immediately (they should actually start losing weight as a result of returning to normal metabolism at a normal rate).
