Omelette with peppers
  • 2 x Piece ( 102 g )
  • 0.5 x Piece ( 100 g )
  • 2 x Tablespoon ( 20 g )
  • 1 x Slice ( 15 g )
  • 1 x Teaspoon ( 5 g )
  • 1 x Pinch ( 0.1 g )
  • 1 x Pinch ( 0.1 g )

Preparation time: 10 Minutes

Wash the pepper and cut into strips (or cubes).

2.

Pour the mixture into a pan heated with oil. Fry on low heat until the omelette sets. Serve with fresh herbs of your choice and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
