1.
Transfer the banana to a bowl and mash with a fork or use a mixer. Crack the eggs into the bowl with the banana and add the flour. Mix everything well.
2.
Mix raspberries with yogurt and spread over omelette. If using frozen raspberries, to thaw them, transfer them to a pan and add a teaspoon of sugar. |
