Before preparing, drink the tomato juice with a little Tabasco.

Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Toast the sesame seeds in a pan. Add the drained, finely chopped mushrooms, bamboo shoots and finely chopped onion to the pan, along with a little olive oil. Cut the pork into strips or small pieces. Pour the soy sauce into a small bowl and marinate the meat. Add this to the vegetables in the pan and fry briefly until the meat is cooked through. Season the dish with Asian spices or salt, pepper and soy sauce. Serve the dish with the pasta. |
