1.
Peel the onion, cut it in half and cut into strips. Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the pan and fry the mushrooms and onion.

Wash the zucchini and cut into 1-2cm thick strips. Wash the peppers and cut into thin strips. Put everything in the pan with the onions and fry.

Season everything in the pan with paprika powder, oregano, marjoram, tarragon, salt and pepper. Finally, you can optionally add some cream.
4.
Rinse the meat with cold water. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the meat, alternatively on an (electric) grill. The meat can also be cut into small pieces. Add a little salt and pepper to taste. Serve the vegetables with the meat. |
