Wholemeal bread with ementaler cheese and cucumber salad
  • 2 x Slice of bread ( 60 g )
  • 0.5 x Teaspoon ( 5 g )
  • 2 x Slice ( 40 g )
  • 1 x Piece ( 80 g )
  • 1 x Teaspoon ( 4 g )
  • 1 x Piece ( 180 g )
  • 1 x Tablespoon ( 10 g )
  • 1 x Pinch ( 0.1 g )
  • 1 x Pinch ( 0.1 g )
  • 1 x Teaspoon ( 2 g )
  • 1 x Piece ( 180 g )

Preparation time: 5 Minutes

1.

Toast the bread in the toaster, spread with butter, sprinkle with chives and 1/2 chopped onion and top with cheese.

Wash the cucumber in hot water, slice it, and finely chop the remaining 1/2 of the onion.

Place everything in a bowl, mix the oil with the dill, and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Finally, eat the apple.
