The diamond diet, also referred to as the 'Life Ready' program, represents a comprehensive nutritional system devised by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond in the 1980s. Due to this dietary approach and other factors, various nutritional beliefs have become firmly established in the collective understanding.

Fit for life was created as a series of books containing advice on healthy diet and lifestyle. This system has been described by the authors themselves, as well as questionable reviewers in fashion magazines, as an effective, safe and non-exhaustive system.
The Diamond diet is the rule
Diamond's diets enlighten two main principles. The first is to keep proteins and carbohydrates from mixing together. This first rule already disqualifies this diet as a healthy method of eating. Most of the carbonated products also contain protein, and in terms of saturated food and stabilizing blood sugar, this assumption goes beyond the goal. The second is to avoid eating and consume almost exclusively fresh fruits and vegetables with a high water content and to treat them as a source of energy and water.

Example menu After waking up: a glass of orange juice 200 ml. Breakfast: avocado and walnuts avocado 200 g; Italian nuts ?? 20 g. Dinner: cooked cassava, broccoli and fresh tomato 100 g; strawberries ?? 200 g; tomatoes 250 g. Snack: boiled hairs, fresh pickles and salad 150 g; salads 25 g; cucumbers 250 g.

Recipe for an egg salad Ingredients: 2 eggs of chicken cooked semi-hard; 1 ripe avocado defended; 50 g of pickles; 10 g of sliced parsley fat; 100 g of chopped cocktail tomatoes; 50g of sliceed red onion; 15 g of nuts; 15g of pumpkin seed; salt and pepper to taste.
