Does garlic lower your blood pressure?

We are talking about hypertension when the blood pressure is above 140/90 mm Hg. If we eat garlic regularly we can lower blood pressure and therefore reduce the risk of heart attack. Garlic prevents cholesterol build-up in the walls of the arteries and the formation of clots. But remember that to get a better effect we should reduce salt consumption. But garlic has many properties, especially medicinal properties. But if we eat it regularly to get the desired results, we have to use it.
