Zucchini with Chicken and Avocado Paste

Preparation steps

Wash the zucchini and cut into long strips using a spiral cutter.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and remove the pulp from the peel with a spoon and puree with a hand blender.

Remove the skin from the garlic and chop finely.


Wash the tomatoes and cut into 2 pieces.

Cut the schnitzel into strips and fry in the pan with a little oil/butter/ghee until golden brown.


Remove the meat from the pan.


Sauté the zucchini strips, tomato halves, and garlic in the pan.


When the zucchini is al dente, stir in the avocado paste and season with salt and pepper.


You can add the meat to the pan and mix it together or use it as a garnish on the plate together with the basil.
