Preparation steps

Mix the flour, salt and baking powder in one bowl.

Separate egg whites from yolks. Beat egg whites in a glass bowl until stiff. 3 minutes with a mixer will suffice.

Add the yolks and melted butter (warm, but not hot) to the bowl with flour. If you can't eat lactose, use coconut oil. Mix everything together, e.g. with a mixer at low speed.

Finally, gently fold in the beaten egg whites. Transfer the batter to a non-greased baking tin.

Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees.
