1.
Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Cut the shallot into thin strips. Briefly dry-roast the pine nuts in a pan. Finely chop the herbs and mix them in a bowl with the vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss with the pine nuts and shallots.
2.
Finely blend the yogurt with the strawberries and lemon juice. |
