Crispy vegetable pancakes

Crispy vegetable pancakes
  • 1 x Piece ( 50 g )
  • 1 x Piece ( 75 g )
  • 1 x Small piece ( 130 g )
  • 1 x Tablespoon ( 12 g )
  • 15 x Gram ( 15 g )
  • 1 x Piece ( 51 g )
  • 2 x Tablespoon ( 20 g )
  • 1 x Pinch ( 0.1 g )
  • 1 x Pinch ( 0.1 g )

Preparation time: 15 Minutes

Peel the potatoes.

Peel the carrots.

Peel the onion.


Grate everything, salt and leave for 5 minutes.

Place in a sieve and press lightly to squeeze out excess water/natural juices.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the pancakes for 3-5 minutes on each side. Serve the pancakes with applesauce.
