1.
Cut the bread into cubes. Also cut the feta cheese into cubes. In a pan with a little olive oil, toast the bread until it becomes crispy.

Tear the lettuce leaves into pieces with your hands. Pour the sauce over everything. Add the cheese and croutons. |
