Cook the potatoes with herb salt. Clean the fish, drizzle with sherry vinegar, and place it in a pan. Add a little lemon water and cook on both sides. Remove the fish from the pan and, in the same pan, add chopped herbs, mustard, herb salt, and pepper. Heat briefly, then add the fish to the pan.

After the main course, eat the grapes with pear. |
