Set the pan to heat up. Wash the mushrooms, cut into strips, pour a little oil into the pan and fry the mushrooms. When the water has evaporated, add the eggs and reduce the heat completely. Scramble the eggs to your liking.
2.
Pour the scrambled eggs onto the bread. Season with a little salt and pepper. |
