Slice the onion into strips. Dice the zucchini. Slice the pepper into strips. Heat a pan, add a little oil and fry the onion first, then add the pepper. When the pepper is soft, add the zucchini.

The pork should be 1cm thick. Cut the meat into thin strips. Heat a pan, add a little oil and fry the meat. When the meat is ready, season with salt and pepper and a little soy sauce. |
