There are no proven contraindications for the use of oil from pachnotke. The oil from walnuts is also distinguished for its health benefits. It is an oil with a specific taste and aroma, containing mainly unsaturated fatty acids, including polyunsaturated fatty acids of the omega-3 and omega-6 families. Thanks to its favorable lipid profile, it has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and digestive properties. The oil from pachnotke and the oil from walnuts should not be processed at high temperatures, as they quickly oxidize.
