Preparation time: 10 Minutes
1.
Preheat the oven, put the slices of bread in to toast for about 5 minutes. You can also toast the bread in a toaster or in a pan.
2.
Place the ham and mozzarella on the bread. Bake in the oven until the mozzarella melts. You can also use a pan with a lid and bake on low heat covered until the mozzarella melts.
3.
Cut the tomato into slices and place on the toast, Cut the pepper into strips, cut the cucumber into slices and eat in sandwiches. |
