  • 1 x Tablespoon ( 30 g )
  • 2 x Teaspoon ( 30 g )
  • 2 x Slice ( 40 g )
  • 1 x Teaspoon ( 10 g )
  • 1 x Piece ( 120 g )

Toast the bread in the toaster. Spread one half of the bread with quark and jam. Spread the other half with mustard and top with the ham.

For dessert, eat a banana.
